I TELL YOU, it may not be fair to you at the first place. i understand. so, i tried to make the effort to make up with my mistakes. didnt i do that? why afterall the reprimentation, i still ought to be blame, still ought to be put together with THE FREE RIDER? so, i am one to you isnt it? i mean, you might not mean that, but that's what i infer. people do that, dont they?

so what if you met like the NUMBER needed way long ago. i emphasize, NUMBER needed, not the age group needed. I also met it what? okay, you exceeded by 10 surveys. i can easily do that if i do not have to meet the age group quota, right? now, i have to be bothered by the age group quota because i meet the amount of surveys needed later den you.

we all know that certain age group, certain classification is hard to get. that are the minority. and now, its my job to get ALL the age group and classification. so, that's fair huh? if, we all are doing it together, i dont mind. but it seems otherwise. i tried to be nice. i tried not to be nasty, neither m i mean. i never did flare at all. because i know, its my fault for slacking and you doing most of the job. i understand you feel that this is an unfair treatment.

SO, now i feel that i am being treated unfairly as well. m i going to say it out SO straight forward like you do? i reckon that its so gonna hurt our friendship. and thus, i choose not to do it. but, please do not take us as granted. will you?

since i am not going to flare and say out my dismay, and the deadline is tmr, i guess, i will not meet the requirements as well. i make an effort. i know you do as well. so, lets just carry on with what we have. blame it on us all you want if you think that by doing that is so going to please you. i will train until the extend of ignoring all negative comments and live with the life i have now. and, not flaring. (: that's supposingly the most important factor.

BUT, dun push the limit. and, stop associating US with that free Rider. because i feel offended as well as not respected too. We are good friends, aint we? so why are you doing all these things to hurt us just because you feel that we did not treat you fairly? i feel better if you encourage us instead of blaming us. (: and i think, its a better tool to motivate us and push us to work.

whatever the case is, i am not going to be miss nice anymore.
